The Estimator will examine your vehicle, capture digital photos of accident damage and if required, ensure your vehicle is road worthy post accident. Should your vehicle be towed into us, estimating may take up to a day dependant upon the level of damage.</p><h3>Why does Abeta order the parts before my vehicle is booked in?</h3><p>Typically parts are delivered to us post 5-8 days post being ordered however, on occasion, Suppliers will have to source stock from overseas. Abeta orders parts and confirms their arrival or arrival date prior to booking your vehicle in so all repairs can be completed at once. Abeta will not hold up your repair, unless that is your wish, should it be possible to complete repair and safely return you to the road whilst still awaiting a non critical part should it be a lengthy delivery lag.</p><h3>Does Abeta provide a drop off / collection service from CBD?</h3><p>Vehicles may be dropped / collected from Molle St. These will be transported to Derwent Park. Alternatively, we are happy to pay for return taxis should you choose to drop your vehicle/collect your vehicle from our Derwent Park. Taxis are provided at our expense from Derwent Park to suburbs encompassed within Taroona, South Hobart, Howrah & Claremont circle. If you are a Suncorp customer Suncorp pay for all return taxis fares with an unlimited radius, simply advise us & we will arrange taxis.</p><h3>Can I get a quote for the repairs over the phone?</h3><p>Unfortunately no we do not quote for actual repairs over the phone.  There are too many intrinsic complexities, the vehicle will need to be sighted by our Estimators.  The estimate process will take 10-15 minutes. We are able to provide you guide pricing for simple items such as single panel painting and basic detailing. Your vehicle will never have the keys left in whilst unattended and it is securely locked within our alarmed building overnight.</p><h3>Are you able to assist with vehicle rentals?</h3><p>Alternatively, we have great contracted rates with Europ Car.  Please ask us for a quote.  We are able to arrange for taxis between drop off and collection of your hire car.</p><h3>Is there any Warranties on the repairs and paintwork to my vehicle?</h3><p>Paint has a lifetime warranty. Panel 3 years.</p>
