If you are making an insurance claim, just bring along your claim number as this is used to pass the estimate information electronically to your insurance company.</p><h3>How long will an estimate take?</h3><p>It will take 10-15 minutes for drivable vehicles. The estimator will examine your vehicle, capture digital photos of accident damage and if required, ensure your vehicle is road worthy post-accident. Should your vehicle be towed into us, the estimating may take a few hours depending upon the level of damage to the vehicle.</p><h3>Why does Kingston Panel &amp; Paint order the parts before my vehicle is booked in?</h3><p>Typically, parts are delivered to us. On occasion, suppliers will have to source stock from overseas. Kingston Panel & Paint order parts and will confirm their arrival or expected arrival date prior to booking your vehicle. So that all repairs can be completed at once. Kingston Panel & Paint will not hold up your repair, unless that is your wish, should it be possible to complete repair & safely return you to the road whilst still awaiting a non-critical part should it be a lengthy delivery lag.</p><h3>Is there any warranty on the repairs and paintwork to my vehicle?</h3><p>Yes, paint has a lifetime warranty & panel has 3 years.</p><h3>Will my vehicle be securely locked within Kingston Panel &amp; Paint’s building overnight?</h3><p>Yes, your vehicle will never have the keys left in whilst unattended and it is securely locked within our alarmed building overnight.</p><h3>Are you an approved repairer for any insurance companies?</h3><p>Yes, we are following are the names of few insurance companies we have approved repairs for - Suncorp Group, AAMI, Suncorp, Apia, Shannons, Resilium, Vero, Bingle, GIO, Just Car, RACT, CGU, Lumley & QBE.</p><h3>Do you have any loan cars?</h3><p>We have six loan cars available to customers (subject to availability). If you are a Suncorp customer, Suncorp pays for all return taxi fares with an unlimited radius, simply advise us & we will arrange taxis.</p>
