What do I do?</h3><p>If another vehicle was involved, exchange details with the other driver, including name, address, phone number, vehicle registration details and insurance company details (if applicable).  If the car is not driveable, call 000 and the police will arrange a tow for you to the workshop of your choice.  Alternatively, call us at Wise Crash on 85324583 and we can arrange a tow to our workshop.  If the car is driveable, call in to our workshop at your earliest convenience for a quote.</p><h3>Do I need to obtain more than one quote?</h3><p>No, the insurance company will only assess one quote.</p><h3>Can I get a quote over the phone?</h3><p>As there are many variables when it comes to car repairs, we regret that we are unable to provide a quote without first inspecting the car.</p><h3>How long will repairs take?</h3><p>It will depend on the severity of the damage.  Some minor repairs can usually be completed within 2-3 days.  On occasion we may need your vehicle longer than first anticipated if we discover more damage once we have dismantled the car, or if there is a hold-up with parts.  When we have completed the quote we will be able to give you a time frame to fix your vehicle.</p><h3>The accident was not my fault.  If I claim on my insurance, will I be liable for an excess?</h3><p>It is beneficial to make a claim through your own insurance to avoid all the delays associated with making a claim through the other party's insurance.  If you have all the details of the other driver, an excess should not apply.</p><h3>Having my car off the road is going to cause inconvenience, as I will not be able to get to work.  Do you have courtesy cars?</h3><p>Wise Crash have a small fleet of courtesy vehicles to keep you and your family moving.  We provide them at a minimal charge to try and minimise the cost disruption caused by having an accident.  If you have opted in for "Hire Car Cover" on your insurance policy, this charge may be covered.  Check with your insurance company to see if this is the case.</p><h3>Is my car going to be repaired properly?</h3><p>Carrying out repairs correctly is critical to maintaining your vehicle's safety and performance capabilities.  Wise Crash have invested heavily in the latest technology to ensure our workshop can cope with repairs to the high tensile steels and other sophisticated materials used in the construction of the modern motor vehicle.  We use manufacturer's approved repair methods to repair your vehicle to its pre-accident condition, which ensures the safest, highest quality repairs possible.</p>
