Also on occasion, we may require your vehicle longer than initially anticipated if we discover any additional damage once the vehicle is disassembled or there may be difficulties in obtaining parts for your vehicle from the manufacturer.</p><h3>How much will it cost to repair my vehicle?</h3><p>You must bring your car along to our workshop and we will provide you with a quote.</p><h3>Can I choose my repairer?</h3><p>Many insurance companies will inform you on making a claim that you will need to have your repairs completed at one of their approved or preferred repairs. Luckily, MP Crash Centre is recommended repairer for most insurance companies so upon making your claim, inform your insurance company of your reasons for wanting to take your vehicle to the MP Crash Centre, so they understand this is a priority for you.</p><h3>Do I need to obtain multiple quotes for my insurance company?</h3><p>Not necessarily, and this can be avoided, contact the MP Crash Centre for further assistance.</p><h3>Will my vehicle ever be the same again?</h3><p>Yes, we use best practice methods. All workmanship and parts are fully guaranteed.</p><h3>Whom do I pay my insurance excess?</h3><p>Your excess will need to be paid to MP Crash Centre when you collect the vehicle. We accept EFTPOS, bank cheques, credit cards except American Express and Diners Club.</p><h3>Does my new car need to be serviced by the dealership to maintain statutory warranty?</h3><p>No, you do have a choice. We will not void your statutory warranty, we follow procedures recommended by the vehicle manufacturer using only quality service parts, and will give your vehicle handbook the stamp of approval as a record of regular maintenance.</p>
