<p>Blacksilver are master painters that carry out all aspects of home painting and decorating.</p><p>BlackSilver is privately owned by Geoff and Helen King and is a family run business, with the owners being actively involved in the running of the business on a day to day basis. In the case of larger jobs we strive to be as efficient as possible so as not to inconvenience the client too much.  When we do our no obligation free quotation, we give the client a time frame as to when the job can be commenced and how long the job is likely to take.</p><h3>Are you licensed?</h3><p>Yes.   We carry all the appropriate licenses, such as builders and supervisors licenses necessary to carry on a business such as ours.   Our tradesmen all have white cards, elevated platform licenses and police clearances.</p><h3>Are you insured?</h3><p>Yes.  Our company carries a $20,000,000.00 public liability licenses with Lumley Insurance Group</p><h3>Do you provide a warranty?</h3><p>Yes, we honour a warranty with some exceptions which depends on the specific job.   We also use premium paints, which are backed up by a material warranty from our suppliers.</p><h3>Do you provide touch up paint?</h3><p>Yes, we provide our customers with leftover paint after completion.   It is normal for us to leave 500ml of each colour used on the work carried out</p><h3>Do you require a deposit?</h3><p>Yes, a commencement fee of 20% is payable seven days prior to start for us to order stock and schedule work in.    The balance is due on satisfactory completion of work.</p>
