Good documentation of a building project is paramount and we price the project to complete the work described on time and on budget. You will not be hit with any hidden extras. However, it is inevitable that some changes will be required. All variations to the scope of works will be discussed and documented as work proceeds. Variations are not priced to make undue profit.
