Rope Access:
Rope access is a regulated industry requiring specific tickets & qualifications. Workers in this industry must be trained & qualified, as I and my workers are.
Access - We can install new anchors, temporary or fixed. Assess existing anchors, and anchor off existing infrastructure. If you want something done, we can do it. Safety and compliance are two absolutes, providing peace of mind for both workers and client.
Painting & Decorating:
•Trade qualified and insured, working to a minimum AS 2311; guide to painting of buildings.
•All aspects of surfaced preparation, including assessing and undertaking repair work.
•All aspects of painting and decorating undertaken.
•Lead paint stabilisation/abatement - encapsulation or removal as defined by AS 4361.2 Guide to lead paint management.
•HEPA filter (for lead paint) vacuum sanding.
