UPP was established in 2004 has over 20 years of experience in the vehicle repair business; we are a brand you can trust. Can someone come to me to do the assessment?

If the vehicle is drivable, we would prefer that you bring it into us to assess the damage. We can arrange for a tow truck to collect your vehicle if it cannot be driven.

Who is responsible for organising the tow truck?

This can be done by us or your insurance company. It would be quicker if you ask us to make the arrangements.

What is the warranty period on repairs to my car?

All work carried out by UPP carries a lifetime warranty, which includes the paintwork. This warranty is limited to the current owner and does however not transferred to the next owner of the vehicle.

What costs will you be responsible for?

The majority of insurance policies have an excess payment clause which is payable by the person collecting the vehicle. We collect the excess on behalf of your insurance company and can therefore not influence the amount or terms of the payment. Please contact your insurance company directly if you feel the excess amount is incorrect.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, EFTPOS, Cash.

What happens if the insurance company doesn't approve all items to be repaired?

It is up to your insurance company to authorise any repair and they are responsible for the final decision on what will or will not be covered. We are here to advise and facilitate and will endeavour to help resolve any queries relating to the damage to the vehicle and your insurance companies assessment.

Do I get a loan car while mine is being repaired?

Unfortunately, we do not provide a loan car. Please contact you insurance company as many policies include a complementary lease vehicle.

How long will it take for my car to be fixed?

All repair work is subject to the availability of parts. The current average repair times are as follows: Drive in - 5 days, Tow in - 15 days.

How do I get back to my home or office?

We have a complimentary shuttle service within a 10km radius. Please advise the admin staff if you will require this service prior to your appointment. We can also make arrangements for a taxi to take you to your onward destination. Call out time is 15 minutes.

When can I drop my vehicle off?

Our hours of operation are from 7:00am to 5:00pm - Monday to Friday. If you would like to drop your car off outside if these hours, please call first to arrange a time.
